If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

ROGIN AI LABS LIMITED operates as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) and provides the following regulated financial and payment services:

  • Money / Fund Transfers: Domestic and international wire transfers of funds within Canada and to/from other countries.

  • Issuing / Redeeming Money Orders & Traveler’s Cheques: Selling money orders and traveler’s cheques to customers, and cashing or redeeming them.

  • Foreign Exchange Dealing: Buying and selling of currencies, including cash foreign exchange transactions.

  • Virtual Currency Transactions: Buying, selling, or transferring virtual currencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum) as part of our registered payment business.

  • Payment Processing: Processing payments for merchants, including credit/debit card payments, e-wallet transactions, and other electronic payment methods.

 

We may update, expand, or discontinue certain services at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

4. Account Registration & Security

​

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity or violations of these Terms.

 

5. Compliance & Legal Obligations

You agree to comply with:

  • PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act)

  • FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada) regulations

  • All applicable AML/CTF (Counter-Terrorist Financing) laws and sanctions screening requirements

 

We may request additional information or documents to meet our legal obligations, and failure to provide such information may result in service restrictions.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal activities

  • Violating intellectual property rights

  • Engaging in market manipulation or unfair trading practices

  • Interfering with our platform or attempting to circumvent security measures

 

7. Risk Disclaimer

  • Financial services and digital asset transactions involve significant risk.

  • Digital asset values may fluctuate and you may lose all or part of your investment.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Vancouver , Canada.
